Prior to Registration

The following must be submitted to the college admissions office prior to or when registering.

1. Completed college admission application
2. Copy of official test scores
3. College level placement scores in reading and writing
4. Qualifying placement scores to meet any required course pre-requisites.
5. College registration form with college classes authorized by high school counselor
6. Exceptional admission form signed by student, parents/guardians, and high school principal or designee with the college classes and high school classes if enrolled in dual credit classes.
