The Inkling and the Creative Writing Contest
The Inkling is the Creative Arts magazine of Lone Star College–Tomball, and is published every spring in April.
How are the contest winners selected?
All entries selected for publication in the Inkling magazine are submitted anonymously to a panel of faculty judges who select the winners.
How is the cover art selected?
All artwork submissions are judged anonymously by a panel of student staff members, student editors, and the Inkling co-advisors. This panel first selects all artwork to be published and then the one piece that is to be used as the cover.
