Do you have payment plans?
Payment plans are available for full semester classes (14,15 or 16 weeks in length) during Fall and Spring semesters only. There is a deadline for applying for a payment plan and plans must be set up in person at the Bursar's Office. For information, call the Lone Star College–Tomball Bursar's Office at 281-357-3754 or the Lone Star College–Willow Chase Center Bursar's Office at 281-401-5331. Half the tuition amount plus a $20.00 processing fee is due at the time the plan is set up.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, Lone Star College–Tomball accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can pay by credit card in person, by phone, by payment drop box or by check.
Can I pay by phone?
Call the Bursar's Office at 281-357-3754 and we will be happy to assist you. Once payment is processed the receipt will be available in the Bursar's Office on campus. Credit card payments are also accepted via the telephone registration system at 281-591-6625.
Do I have to stand in line?
No. Although we make every effort to reduce waiting time, we realize that your time is valuable. This is why we have several payment options for your convenience. We accept check and credit card payments via U.S. mail, credit card payments by phone, and there is a payment drop box located in the South wing in front of the Bursar's Office.
How late in the day can I pay?
The Bursar's Office is open until 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday and until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. If you cannot get here during those times there is a payment drop box located in the South wing in front of the Bursar's Office.
I registered but didn't pay by the deadline. Can I come pay now?
All persons who miss the payment deadline are dropped from classes. You will need to reregister and pay at the time you submit your new class schedule.
