Faculty Learning Circles
Faculty Learning Circles (FLCs) engage a small group of faculty in a collaborative semester/year-long program with a curriculum about enhancing teaching and learning. Through seminars and activities that provide learning and development, faculty engage in the scholarship of teaching and learning and community-building. Faculty Learning Circles improve student learning by improving faculty teaching. FLC components include discussion and sharing of ideas and experiences.
