Why would this benefit me?
This program will familiarize you with the campus and the important resources we have available to you. Interactive sessions that will be offered to you will give you tips on how to be a successful college student. At the end of the program, you will not only feel comfortable with the campus and its offerings, but you will also have a network of peers that you will know upon your first day of class. How much does it cost?
We offer our students a choice. You can either pay $200, or volunteer 20 hours of community service in the Tomball community and either Lone Star College–Tomball or the Lone Star College–Willow Chase Center.
Do we really go camping?
Though it is called “CAMP” this is merely the theme of the program, however, on the last day of CAMP we do select an outdoor arena where we will have some outdoor activities.
