Follow the steps below according to the Checklist


First, please visit http://lbw.tgslc.org

Check the box stating "I am an undergraduate student borrower."

Check box stating "I agree to supply my Social Security Number."

Enter Social Security Number (no dashes)

Enter Date of Birth using format mm/dd/yyyy

Click on "Login" button


Click on "Complete a loan award" and follow insturctions to process your loan.

During this process, you will be linked to yoru lender's Web site to e-sign your loan application. Have your FAFSA pin number available as some lenders require it to complete the e-signature.

Click on "Reprint or E-sign a previously guaranteed loan," ONLY IF you need to verify that an e-signature is still needed or if you are instructed to re-print your MPN.
